Training Inner Success Practitioners
Tara Halliday trains experienced coaches and trainers to become certified Inner Success practitioners.
This is not entry-level coach training. It is methodology training for established practitioners, and for organisations that want to build Inner Success capability in house.
Who this is for
Practitioner training is designed for experienced leadership coaches and trainers.
Applicants must already:
- hold a recognised coaching qualification
- have at least three years’ professional experience as a leadership coach or trainer
Before beginning practitioner training, each person completes Inner Success themselves.
For individual practitioners
The individual route is for experienced coaches and trainers who want to train in the Inner Success methodology and go on to deliver it under licence.
The training includes:
- completion of Inner Success personally
- practitioner training in the methodology
- group supervision
- one-to-one support
- development toward licensed delivery
The programme is ICF-accredited.
For organisations
Organisations can also bring Inner Success in house by training internal practitioners in the methodology.
This route is designed for settings where a wider internal capability is appropriate, allowing Inner Success to be delivered within the organisation rather than only accessed externally.
Tara’s role
As originator of Inner Success, Tara trains practitioners directly and oversees the standards by which the methodology is understood and delivered.
