Position
This work occupies a specific position.
It does not sit within leadership development, coaching, advisory, or performance disciplines. It does not operate through improvement, insight, mindset, or behavioural change.
The position is structural.
At senior levels, judgement is rarely the limiting factor. Decisions fail or distort not because leaders lack capability, but because responsibility is being carried personally when it should be held elsewhere. Identity becomes implicated in decisions that exceed its legitimate scope.
This work addresses that mislocation.
It removes structural conditionality that recruits identity into responsibility. Nothing is added. No capability is built. No behaviour is trained. A condition is withdrawn.
When responsibility is no longer personally referenced, authority operates without identity involvement. Decisions are held by role, mandate, governance, and organisational structure rather than by the self.
This position becomes relevant only when consequence has exceeded personal reference.
It is not relevant for:
development or growth
confidence or resilience
performance enhancement
It becomes relevant when judgement is sound, experience is sufficient, and yet decisions continue to carry personal weight that no longer belongs there.
The work is engaged privately and finitely. It concludes when responsibility is cleanly and structurally located.
This is not a method for better leadership.
It is the removal of a structural interference that makes leadership unnecessarily personal.
