Inner Success

Inner Success is a programme for leaders that removes structural interference where capability itself is not the problem.

It does not add another layer of leadership development, coaching technique or performance strategy. It works at the level of the underlying condition that gets in the way of clear decision-making, effective responsibility and unconflicted authority.

The methodology first became visible through Tara Halliday’s work on the root cause of imposter syndrome, but its application is broader. Inner Success is now used with leaders more widely, and delivered both by Tara and by licensed facilitators trained in the methodology.
