This is a private practice led by Dr Tara Halliday.

The work is concerned with how responsibility is organised when consequence is present, and what occurs when identity no longer structures outcome.

When identity disengages, authority and judgment cease to operate personally.

The work has been developed over several decades of private practice.

The practice is finite and precise. Engagements are held privately, one-to-one, in contexts where decisions carry consequence.

This is not coaching, consulting, advisory work, or therapy.
